Okla Hannali

Hannali Innominee, born in the early 1800s in the Choctaw Nation, was a remarkable figure known for his diverse skills as a farmer, blacksmith, boatbuilder, ferryman, distiller, and tanner. Over a century-long life, he made significant contributions to his community, even founding a town, and embraced a rich personal life, marrying three women of different races in consecutive days. Despite his civilized demeanor, he celebrated his heritage with vibrant expressions, and as he approached the end of his life in his 90s, he faced death with the same joyful spirit that characterized his journey.
