Dr. James Kegan, a leading expert in germ warfare, mysteriously disappears from his New York home, leaving behind a dead man and a trail linking him to a terrorist cell. His best friend, NSA operative Charlie Dean, takes on the challenge of infiltrating Kegan's circle while being supported by Delta Force trooper Lia Francesca.
