In 1915, as World War I rages overseas, tensions escalate in Mexico where a German agent, a deposed dictator, and a band of rebels orchestrate a dangerous plot. Amid Pancho Villa's revolution, embittered Tejanos cross the Rio Grande, creating chaos by burning ranches and killing Texans. A brave special agent and a Texas Ranger embark on a perilous mission to infiltrate enemy territory and dismantle the conspiracy threatening to engulf the West in violence.
