In "Beauty is...pain," Pamela Rose is consumed by her obsession with beauty, pouring her resources into an endless fight against aging and imperfection. When a young colleague's transformation through surgery sparks jealousy within her, her mental stability begins to fracture. Meanwhile, former surgeon Doctor Joseph DiBiro, recently released from prison, longs to reclaim his artistry but finds himself in a dark and desperate situation.
