The Fair Botanists

Set in the vibrant summer of 1822 Edinburgh, The Fair Botanists unfolds against the backdrop of King George IV's anticipated visit and the rare blooming of the Agave Americana at the city's newly established Botanic Garden. Newly widowed Elizabeth, seeking a fresh start with her late husband's aunt, becomes enchanted by the garden and offers her artistic talents to document this botanical spectacle. Along the way, she encounters the enigmatic Belle Brodie, whose secretive passion for botany and perfume hides deeper motives.
