In this comedic holiday mystery, the Fairway Players theater group in Lower Lockwood is preparing a festive production of Jack and the Beanstalk to fundraise for a new church roof. However, their holiday cheer is soon overshadowed by a murder that takes place on stage, prompting lawyers Femi and Charlotte to delve into a web of rivalries and hidden agendas. As the duo investigates Christmas letters, emails, and police transcripts, they race against time to uncover both the victim and the killer before the curtain falls on their production—potentially for good.
