Pale Horse Coming

In 1951, Sam Vincent, a former prosecuting attorney, reluctantly ventures to the Thebes State Penal Farm in Mississippi to investigate a mysterious disappearance, guided by the promise of his friend Earl Swagger, a sergeant with the Arkansas State Police. This dark and brutal setting, rife with racial terror and ominous rumors, tests the limits of both men's strength and morality as they confront the overwhelming evil within the prison, ruled by a madman and his terrifying enforcer known as The Whip Man. As danger closes in, they grapple with the profound question of how to respond to the evil around them.
