Mockingbird

Miriam is struggling to adapt to her life on Long Beach Island, where her rundown trailer and job as a grocery store checkout girl leave her feeling unfulfilled. Her relationship with Louis, who is often away on the road, adds to her frustrations, and though she's trying to manage her psychic ability to foresee death, it feels increasingly burdensome. Everything changes for her when one fateful day disrupts her tenuous balance.
