Two years after tragically losing his wife and grandfather, Finn Darby revitalizes his grandfather's comic strip, Toy Shop, which enjoys newfound success. However, following a devastating terrorist attack in Atlanta, Finn is inexplicably haunted by his grandfather's spirit, who is unhappy with the changes Finn has made. With the help of friends also afflicted by strange occurrences, Finn embarks on a frantic quest to uncover the truth behind their bizarre experiences and find a way to send the dead back to their resting place.
