Dale, a corrupt cop ensnared by the influence of crime lord Tat, finds himself in a perilous position when the mayor offers him a chance at redemption: rescue the mayor's daughter, Lauren, from Tat’s heavily fortified headquarters. As he navigates the treacherous floors of the abandoned office tower, both Dale and Lauren face a series of escalating threats, while Dale's own personal life spirals further into chaos.
