Freckles

In "Freckles," a young man raised in an orphanage and shaped by abuse and isolation journeys from Chicago to the Limberlost Swamp in Indiana. There, he finds work with Mr. McLean, guarding a valuable timber lot, and earns a reputation for his loyalty and strength. Despite his difficult past and feelings of unworthiness, the affection of a kind-hearted girl inspires Freckles to hope for a better future and embrace the possibility of love.
