In 1963 Ireland, just as the nation prepares to greet President John F. Kennedy, a German national is found murdered in a seaside guesthouse, marking the third suspicious death of a foreigner in quick succession. Lieutenant Albert Ryan from the Directorate of Intelligence is tasked with uncovering the truth, revealing a shadowy network of former Nazis in hiding. As he delves deeper, Ryan confronts conflicting loyalties and the chilling influence of Colonel Otto Skorzeny, a notorious commando linked to the killings.
