The Summer of Rice Candy

In the summer before her Freshman year of college, Candace Thompson heads to Zone World in Florida, where she embarks on a journey filled with new experiences. As she navigates the challenges of sharing a dorm room, faces confrontations during college orientation, and prepares for the resort’s summer games, she also takes on a job selling rice candy. Throughout her summer, Candace encounters diverse personalities and difficult situations that push her to discover her true self and find her place in the world.
