Somebody Owes Me Money

Cab driver Chet Conway receives a tip on a horse race from his latest fare, but things take a dark turn when he discovers his bookie dead upon collecting his winnings. With no way to prove his innocence, Chet becomes ensnared in a web of suspicion involving law enforcement, rival criminal gangs, and the determined sister of the deceased, who has arrived from Las Vegas seeking revenge.
