When Kelp proposes a scheme he insists is foolproof, John Dortmunder knows that trouble is on the horizon. Inspired by the thrilling heists of fictional thief Parker from a series of novels, Kelp is convinced his plan will succeed. However, as Dortmunder reluctantly agrees to follow the novel’s blueprint, he quickly finds that executing such a daring plot in real life is far more complicated than anticipated, leading them into a chaotic adventure filled with unexpected twists.
