When Earth receives a message from a long-extinct alien race known as the Undying, it promises advanced technology that could restore the environment and transform lives. Scholars Jules Addison and Amelia Radcliffe both embark on a journey to the alien planet Gaia to explore its ancient culture, albeit for different reasons. As they form a tenuous alliance to navigate the challenges posed by rival scavenger gangs and the secrets each holds, they must also unravel the mysteries of the Undying temples. With stakes rising and dangers lurking, Jules and Mia begin to suspect that their presence may be part of a much larger, perilous design.
