Dennis Nilsen was a notorious serial killer and necrophile, responsible for the deaths of at least 12 men, many of whom were homeless and homosexual. His chilling acts included keeping the bodies of his victims in his apartment for extended periods, seeking their company. Nilsen's criminal activities came to light when a blockage in the sewage system of his home was traced back to human remains.
