In a post-apocalyptic world, the survivors of the cruise ship M/S Atlantica strive to establish a new home while grappling with the aftermath of their previous escape. As Conrad Wakefield, the architect of the failed Locus project, unleashes death from his advanced weaponized ship, the Osiris, Commander Heather Slater and her damaged destroyer pursue him seeking vengeance. Meanwhile, stowaways Marine Jack Cohen and CIA assassin Karl Grayson must navigate the dangers aboard Osiris and decide if they can trust the enigmatic artificial intelligence that may hold the key to humanity's future on this new Earth.
