The Wild Dead

In the sequel to Carrie Vaughn's post-apocalyptic mystery Bannerless, the story unfolds a century after significant environmental and economic collapse, where the inhabitants of the Coast Road have forged a new civilization while carefully managing resources, including reproduction. Investigator Enid from Haven, alongside her new partner Teeg, is drawn into a dispute over an old building, only to complicate matters when the body of a young outsider woman is discovered in a nearby marsh.
