Laura McCloud returns to her childhood town of Pilgrim Cove after facing personal losses and a battle with breast cancer, seeking solace and a fresh start at Sea View House. Meanwhile, Matthew Parker, a widower living with his two sons and father, believes he's got all he needs in his all-male household. However, when Matt encounters Laura, he begins to question whether his home lacks the warmth and love that only a woman can bring. Together, they must navigate their pasts and consider the possibility of a new beginning.
