1001 Cranes

Twelve-year-old Angela Kato is reluctantly sent to spend her summer in Los Angeles with her grandparents, where complaining is not allowed. Tasked with working in their flower shop, she initially resents the chores, such as folding origami and crafting elaborate crane displays for weddings. However, as Angela hones her skills and builds connections with her family and friends, she begins to navigate the emotional turmoil of her parents' impending divorce.
