Sons of Sorrow

In "Sons of Sorrow" by Matthew A. Clarke, Henk, who has been living a carefree life in the city since fleeing the troubled town of Sorrow, is drawn back by a wedding invitation from a former friend in their monster-fighting trio. As he and his brother Dave return, they discover that Sorrow has transformed into a morbid attraction for tourists, concealing dark secrets beneath its cheerful facade. Their homecoming may inadvertently awaken a long-dormant evil, prompting them to confront horrors far worse than their previous encounters.
