The Girl in the Basement

Fifteen-year-old Ryan Kettering finds hope in the Preston house after a childhood spent in abusive foster homes, forming a sweet connection with fellow foster child Lyssa. However, he becomes entangled in the unsettling mystery of Maddy, a slow nine-year-old girl living in the basement, who occasionally speaks in an unsettling adult voice and possesses uncanny predictive abilities.
