As Steve Regent, an Internet pornographer, sets out to create a provocative new website, he uncovers a web of darkness surrounding the residents, particularly Sherry, a drug addict, and her dealer boyfriend, Andy, who are entangled in a dangerous cover-up. Meanwhile, Anna Dunfy struggles to support her mentally handicapped daughter, Kendra, amid the park’s unsettling facade.
