Quarantined

In the midst of a deadly flu outbreak, the citizens of San Antonio, Texas, are quarantined by the military to prevent further spread of the virus. Detective Lily Harris, assigned to oversee burial statistics at a mass graveyard, stumbles upon a murder victim that leads her into a web of conspiracy involving a corrupt local government.
