Master of the Moors

In "The Master of the Moors," sixteen-year-old Kate Mansfield and her blind brother Neil navigate life in their gloomy manor on the edge of the Brent Prior moors, where dreams of escape clash with the harsh realities of their surroundings. Their plans take a dark turn following an unforeseen act of violence that leaves their father ill and thrusts them into the care of the manor's caretaker. As eerie fog envelops the village and residents begin to disappear, the arrival of a disfigured man known as the Master of the Moors brings further turmoil and menace to their already troubled lives.
