Decker P.I. Smugglers' Blues

In "Scorpion Cay," Police Chief Monica Sinclair's joy at the arrival of her baby sister quickly turns to concern when she discovers that her sister is fleeing a dangerous drug deal gone wrong in Colombia. Realizing she needs help to protect her sister, Monica enlists the aid of her former lover, ex-DEA agent turned Private Investigator Sam Decker. Together with Decker's friend Rafael Cortez, they navigate the perilous drug trade from Key West to Miami to track down her sister's missing boyfriend and ensure her safety against ruthless Colombian hitmen.
