Clouds of Witness

In a gripping scandal reminiscent of the 18th-century English aristocracy, the Duke of Denver is accused of murdering his sister's fiancé at Riddlesdale Hall in Yorkshire. Lord Peter Wimsey embarks on a quest to prove his brother's innocence, but faces obstacles when the duke refuses to cooperate and questions arise about Lady Mary's knowledge of the events.
