In a post-conflict Tranquility, the newest colonists are beginning to rebuild their lives after successfully repelling the ACA and Hive invasions. However, peace is disrupted when Lander and the newly formed military respond to a distress call from a distant mission, leading them to a desolate alien world that harbors the Hive's core. With the fate of both Tranquility and Earth at stake, Lander and his allies must confront formidable enemies and devise a plan to defeat their most terrifying adversary yet.
