Janitors vs. the Living Dead

In the idyllic Serenity Canyon Country Club, nestled among Sedona's red rocks, tranquility reigns supreme among its affluent members. However, the arrival of Dr. Reinart and his obsession with a dangerous experiment disrupts this peace, as a parasitic virus he unwittingly brings into the community begins to spread. With chaos ensuing and once-privileged residents turning into grotesque figures, their only hope for survival lies in the hands of the janitors they've scorned.
