However, as Chavez examines the confession, he uncovers a conspiracy tied to a notorious criminal organization, leading him to collaborate with Deputy District Attorney Michael Story. Just as they close in on the truth, a mysterious virus engulfs Los Angeles, plunging the city into chaos and complicating their quest for answers.
