In a world shaped by military occupation, Loup Garron, the fugitive daughter of a genetically engineered "wolf-man," and her ally Pilar Ecchevarria navigate the dangerous landscape of Outpost 12, formerly known as Santa Olivia. Eager to assist their fellow orphans, the Santitos, they embark on a mission to rescue Miguel Garza, Loup's former sparring partner, who has gone missing while testifying for the oppressed citizens of their community.
