In a near-future Manhattan, eco-terrorists have unleashed a catastrophic attack using over 25,000 autonomous combat drones, leading to mass casualties and a deserted island quarantined for a decade. Now, the reality show "Zone War" showcases salvage specialists risking their lives to recover treasures amid the dangers of active drones. Among them is Ajaya "AJ" Gurung, a skilled drone technician and sniper's son, who aims to become the ultimate recovery specialist.
