The Town

Shaun Prescott’s debut novel, The Town, explores a seemingly forgotten Australian town through the interconnected lives of its residents, each seeking meaning and reconnection in a place on the brink of disappearance. Against a backdrop of familiar yet complex community dynamics, the story delves into themes of identity, history, and the search for truth. Set in a town believed to lack a history, the narrative follows characters as they attempt to uncover their collective past and forge individual paths amid a landscape of suburban sameness.
