AM Foster’s debut novel in The Pilot Program Series follows Cael Irix, a meticulous analyst whose cautious approach to life is challenged when a seemingly safe assignment leads him into unexpected adventures across the galaxy. Operating within a universe of dangerous bounty hunters and complex contracts, Cael finds himself drawn into unpredictable situations that test his carefully calculated methods. Combining science fiction with humor, the story explores themes of bureaucracy, decision-making, and the chaos that ensues when the safest person in the galaxy is unexpectedly thrust into action.
