Tilly and Elmer - Fourth of July Fireworks

Elmer is excited to be appointed head of the Fourth of July Parade committee in South Branch, but his new role becomes complicated when he must choose the young lady to feature on the parade's centerpiece float. As intense competition and meddlesome candidates and their mothers vie for influence, Elmer navigates the humorous chaos that ensues. With the town's fireworks providing a festive backdrop, the story offers a lighthearted look at community, competition, and good-natured fun.
