Aristocracy

In Aristocracy: A Necessary Evil?, philosopher Gharios El Chemor explores the idea that, while modern society rightly rejected hereditary privilege and aristocracy, it may have overlooked the importance of cultivating responsible leadership. The book proposes a new model of aristocracy rooted in education, ethics, public service, and accountability, aiming to prepare influential individuals for their societal responsibilities without relying on inherited status. It questions how we can ensure those in power embody qualities of competence and integrity, advocating for a form of aristocracy based on merit and moral obligation—one that could serve the modern world without reviving old hierarchies.
