Shimmer

In the quiet woods of Appalachia, Kyle and Macy Connors return after over two months missing, but their physical resilience contrasts sharply with their emotionally hollowed-out states and mysterious absence of memories. As the community grapples with their unsettling transformation and sinister deaths that defy explanation, a sheriff senses an ominous presence lurking in the forest, hinting at an ancient, malevolent force awakening in the woods behind the family's home. The story explores themes of survival, the unknown, and the haunting power of what lies hidden in the woods.
