Kestrel Class

Kestrel Class is the first book in a new science fiction series by Toby Neighbors, blending fast-paced action and character-driven drama inspired by classics like Firefly and Star Wars. It follows self-taught engineer Ben Griminski, who secretly uncovers a nearly ready starship amidst the trash fields of Torrent Four, as he and his crew plan a daring escape from a dystopian galaxy ruled by the oppressive Royal Imperium. With themes of adventure, rebellion, and survival, the novel promises an engaging journey beyond the ordinary.
