A Voyage To The Moon

Long before he became famous as a romantic figure, Cyrano de Bergerac was a philosopher and soldier who authored one of the earliest sci-fi novels, Histoire comique des États et Empires de la Lune. This imaginative tale follows a man traveling to the moon, where he encounters advanced lunar societies and engages in debates about science, philosophy, and technology, including the origins of audiobooks. Rich in satire and daring ideas, A Voyage to the Moon offers a fascinating glimpse into the visionary mind behind the legend of Cyrano.
