Black Eyed Children

Black Eyed Children explores unsettling encounters across the US and Britain with young strangers whose eyes are entirely black, often requesting simple favors that evoke a deep sense of fear in witnesses. Tracing the phenomenon from its 1990s origins through numerous reports, the book examines recurring details and considers connections to age-old legends of supernatural children and otherworldly visitors. It raises intriguing questions about the nature of these encounters—whether they are urban legends, misidentifications, or something beyond understanding—leaving readers with a sense of mystery and unresolved questions.
