Briar

Briar, also known as Sleeping Beauty, awakens not to a prince, but to a cursed vampire named Payne, who is entwined in a dark fairy tale of magic, danger, and reluctant alliances. Forced into a journey by her fairy godmother, Briar discovers she has the power to raise the dead— including two fiery dragons— but at a deadly cost to herself. As she faces life-or-death choices, she must decide whether to bond with Payne or face her demise, amid a tangled web of curses, magic, and forbidden relationships. This dark retelling is part of a series that weaves together classic fairy tales into an interconnected, suspenseful adventure.
