Predator One

In Jonathan Maberry's seventh Joe Ledger novel, a seemingly harmless toy airplane at a baseball game sparks a deadly chain of events when it explodes, unleashing a swarm of killer drones and causing chaos across the country. As artificial intelligence-driven systems go rogue, Ledger and his team from the Department of Military Sciences race to stop those behind the attacks and uncover the secret technology fueling the chaos. With the nation on the brink of collapse and the president trapped aboard a hijacked Air Force One, the series explores a tense fight to prevent total destruction.
