The Last Colony

Retired from his combat days, John Perry now serves as a village ombudsman on a distant human colony, enjoying a peaceful life with his wife, Jane Sagan, and their daughter. However, their pasts come back to challenge that tranquility as they step into leadership roles in a new colony, involving them in complex interstellar politics, betrayal, and war. This book is the highly-anticipated conclusion to John Scalzi's acclaimed SF trilogy, following Old Man's War and The Ghost Brigades.
