After surviving a brutal attack by the infamous "Barber," a serial killer known for mutilating and murdering women, young psychiatrist Emma Stein becomes reclusive and fearful for her safety. Her paranoia heightens as she perceives potential threats everywhere, even in her quiet neighborhood near Berlin. However, her sense of security is challenged when she is asked to accept a package for a neighbor she has never met.
