Spring of the Poacher's Moon

While out with her horses, Evy encounters a dead moose and an orphaned calf, prompting her to take action to save the young animal. Her efforts to rescue her mustang filly Twilight lead her into a confrontation with threatening illegal hunters. The story follows Evy's brave endeavors amidst the danger and her determination to protect those she cares about.
