Despite his imprisonment, Tugomir gains recognition as a healer and becomes the personal physician and teacher to Otto and his sons, navigating his complex identity between two worlds. As political rivals threaten Otto's reign after his coronation, Tugomir faces a pivotal choice that tests his loyalties.
