A Man Above Reproach

Set in 1830s London, this story follows Josephine Grant, known as the “Bawdy Bluestocking,” who performs at the scandalous pub the Sleeping Dove, a hidden space for nobles. When the reluctant Duke of Lennox visits the pub and encounters Josephine, their shared moments at the piano lead to a deeper connection, set against the backdrop of societal secrets and personal burdens.
