Vesta

Ephraim Simpsons is on the run after his underground church is raided, aiming to reach a spaceport and possibly find safety on Mars or the Asteroid Belt. Detective Joe Lancaster, alongside his officers, is determined to send Ephraim to the notorious asteroid prison of Vesta, where lifespans are short. As Ephraim evades capture, he begins to feel that divine purpose may be guiding him toward Vesta. The story explores themes of faith, survival, and the pursuit of freedom.
