When a bombing in Houston results in the governor’s disappearance, former army ranger Jack "Kell" Kellison and his counterterrorism team are tasked with uncovering the truth and rescuing a hostage. Their investigation leads them to environmentalist Mori Chastaine, who appears to be connected to the crime but is hiding a dangerous secret that could threaten many lives. As Kell gets closer to the truth, Mori’s concealed identity and hidden power put both of them at risk of becoming targets.
